The FCA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services. Use the information to decide if our services are right for you.

2. Whose products do we offer?

We offer products from a range of insurers for all types of personal insurances (e.g. motor and household) and commercial insurances.

We only offer products from Aim Legal Expenses Insurance Services Ltd for motor legal expenses insurance.

3. Which service will we provide you with?

We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs.

4. What will you have to pay for our services?

We do not charge a fee for advising and arranging general insurance contracts. However, a fee of £105 may be charged for mid-term alterations to your policy

and for supplying duplicate documentation.

You will receive a quotation that will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular insurance policy.

5. Who regulates us?

Viking Insurance Services Limited, 17 Havelock Road, Hastings TN34 IBP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Our FCA Register number is 676996.

Our permitted business is arranging general insurance contracts.

6. What to do if you have a complaint

If you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

7. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

For non-compulsory classes of Insurance (e.g home and general) insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90%  of the claim, without any upper limit.

For compulsory classes of insurance,(e.g third party motor),  insurance advising and arranging is covered for 100% of the claim, without any upper limit.
